Show Management will provide you with an extensive contact list of major publishers in Japan prior to the show. This list will assist you in making pre-show appointments, and help you maximise your business results at TIBF.

Over 300 media personnel visit TIBF every year. To increase your exposure, place your Press Kit in the TIBF Press Centre for pick-up by media personnel. This will help attract the press to your booth for on-site interviews and coverage.

6 Hotel Discounts and Interpreting/Translating Services

TIBF exhibitors are given special discounts on a variety of hotels in Tokyo, starting at approx. US$75 and up. TIBF Show Management also helps arrange translating and interpreting services for your business needs, starting at approx. US$200/day for a billingual staff.
